I went in nervous but Dr Shin immediately put me at ease. He explained everything and gave me a thorough service. They even oriented their tools to avoid my tooth sensitivities. Yes!!!! During the service I even got to watch Netflix using noise canceling headphones to drown out the drill sounds.
This was by far the nicest dental visit I have ever had! Staff and Dentist were very friendly and personable. Extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of explaining everything in an easy to understand manor. Family friendly too, my daughter loved her dental visit. If you are looking for a new dentist check this place out. I'm glad I did!

Such a great experience. I called and got an appointment THE SAME DAY! I was well taken care of was treated as one would treat family. I never felt rushed and everything was well explained so that I felt comfortable with my future plans for my teeth. Dr. Shin is very personable and made sure I understood everything. The staff all were friendly and helpful. Everything was upfront with my visit, from x-rays, to treatment plans and honest opinions on the treatment options. There were varied options for payment which is great for any situation one may find themselves in. And there is no pressure either way. The location is great, the atmosphere is nice, clean and up-to-date. Looking forward to my family being patients of this place for years to come.
I am leaving with a plan and estimates based on my need and my choices. In a world where patient focus is fading fast in lieu of big profits, it is nice to come to a practice with a keen focus on total patient care.
If you want a doctor who focuses on total health make sure you come here. The comprehensive exam consists of three parts including a thorough interview, an internal exam, and an external exam. They check your history, what's going on inside your mouth, and the mechanics of your bite.
Dr. Shin and his staff were warm, friendly and professional from beginning to end. My children and I were comfortable from the moment we sat in the chair. Everything was explained to us every step of the way. This is the first time I can remember being in a dentist chair and having no pain. I would definitely recommend True Dental!!
I had broken a tooth over the weekend and called Dr. Shin first thing Monday morning. He fit me in immediately even though I was not his patient. Fixed my tooth and I left pain free. His attention to my discomfort and pain level was top notch and he ensured I was in not pain while the procedure was being done. His staff is courteous and friendly. One of the best offices I've visited.
