Dr. Guevara and her assistants are very personable and professional, the clinic is very nice, clean, and up to date. I like the reminders, the birthday greetings, the detailed cost estimates before the services are provided. Dr. G takes the time to explain everything to the patient and the parents, and she somehow manages to convince my kids to take better care of their teeth every time!
I say the pros are:

This is beyond the most respectful and pleasant place to take a child in need of dental work or even regular dental check up. You will not be disappointed! Everything about this office is great!
Was sent here by the dentist to work my daughter's cavities. Went here like 3-4 times to get them all done.
Extremely long unacceptable wait times which defeats the point of having an appointment. We arrived early. My appointment time came and went. They were running so behind I waited as long as I could but my little one became rightfully agitated. I went to the receptionist to reschedule and she had and attitude as if it were acceptable for them to keep people waiting for extended periods of time. Waiting 40 minutes or longer is just unacceptable no mater which way you look at it.
