Very convenient to my home and business. Off a few main roads, 170, 175 and route 32 in Odenton. So this spot is perfect for our business. The surrounding neighborhood is very peaceful. The building, grounds and units are very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs for storage, and very knowledgeable about the facility. I highly recommend this location. after receiving a letter this morning..telling me my rent will be raised 30 dollars a month. I went online and discovered my unit size is currently being advertised for 70 dollars less a month. When I called was told, no matter what, every year your rent will be raised. Crazy.. nice way to say thank you for being a loyal costumer. Your reward, pay more than new people.

The process of securing a unit was seamless and stress-free. All amenities and their associated costs are upfront and reasonable. The staff is patient, pleasant, understanding and thorough. The location is ideal for those in the Ft. Meade and surrounding areas. The facility is secure, spacious and very clean. 10% military discount is a nice touch to an already excellent company.
