I called LKC Construction to request someone to come look at our roof as we had found some loose shingles in our backyard. I was put on the schedule for the following day, which surprised me, because other places I had called, could not get out until the following week. I was given a time they would be there, but figured that it was a loose estimate, as it usually is with contractors, at least in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised that with LKC, it was an actual appointment time that they stuck to. They checked out the roof and determined what would need to be done, and seemed to be very honest in their assessment. When they came to do the repair, on time again, they were not as disruptive as I expected them to be (for contractors doing roof work) and they also left my property in the way they found it, no trash, or any evidence that they were even there. They were respectful, polite and wonderful to have working here. I have since hired LKC to do some other jobs at our house including installing new carpet. I was very satisfied with my experience with LKC and I will continue to use them for any work I need done at my house. I highly recommend Craig and his team of contractors.

I recently contacted Craig, who had constructed a deck for me 8 years ago. He sent one of his workers, Milton, to address a minor structural problem as a courtesy. Even though it has been years since the deck was done, Craig was honorable and offered to help with the problem. Some of the many reasons LKC was given the job of constructing the deck years ago was the professionalism, courteousness and obvious expertise exhibited upon our consultation. Very happy with my new roof and gutters! Craig and his team did an excellent job. Very professional on time and all at a fair price. Even though my old house required replacement of several rotted boards the entire shingle job still took less than a day to complete. This was my first roofing replacement as a home owner and LKC CONSTRUCTION CORP. made the experience much less stressful. My new aluminum gutters and downspouts are larger and much better quality than what I had before. They are also very securely attached to the house. Just had our first big snow storm and the gutters worked great. I will not hesitate to call LKC when I am ready for windows, siding, and decks.
