Excellent company to work with! Fair estimate and friendly, efficient work crew and supervisor. They were here by 0800 and had everything cleaned up by 1400. The new roof looks great! Definitely will give them any of my future business.
Fichtner Services replaced the siding on my house. It was a 3.5 day job. Only on day 1 was a supervisor present. The workers did not have good English, making communication difficult. My husband had to make many calls to a supervisor who was offsite. We requested that the workers avoid walking through the gardens, but they did this anyway. As a result, plants were damaged and the soil was compacted. They lost the nuts that attached the front exterior lights to the house. 7 window screens and one patio paving stone were damaged during the work. These issues were ultimately resolved to our satisfaction. Lots of small bits of debris and nails were left behind. Cleanup could have been more thorough.
great company! Fichtner uses the same high quality materials that other roofing companies tried to scare us into using at almost double the cost. They showed up on time, and did the entire roof in one day. The cleanup was spotless. I had a roof replaced on another house, and they were no were as good as cleanup as Fichtner was. My wife is so impressed, she is going to contact them about redoing our deck!!
The installation of the siding appears to have been done well. The house looks good. I would have been more pleased with a bit more attention to detail.
