Absolutely horrible experience, unless you desperately need a truck now, don't waste your time. A total joke of a business.
Owner and his wife were extremely helpful and professional. I was scheduled for a Noon pickup time but I called and asked if I could come in earlier. Owner said, "No problem, we'll have it ready out front when we open at 9:00 am." I showed up at 9:00 am and it was ready. I did paperwork inside with office while owner hooked up my trailer. (I rented a 6x12 enclosed using my own truck from Maryland to Texas). Just finished my move and everything went perfect. I highly recommend Ravens Uhaul in Odenton, great people, great location (easy entrance and exit for those renting their larger trucks).

Easy rental pick up with plenty of customer parking in their lot. Not a retail U-Haul so no lines at the time of my pick up which is a plus
Rented a trailer on Saturday. Returned it on Sunday (they were closed) and they charged me for two days. Working to fix it now, but I shouldn't have to.
