Staff was knowledgeable. Prices were cheaper than other chain retailers. I only focused on their products for dogs so not sure of their other animal products. Can't wait to try out their DIY pet bath station.

Prices are competitive and they match competitor stores' prices and coupons. Their dog wash needs improvement though.
