Had an amazing experience at this location! Me and my husband had a reservation in the uhaul system since November ( we are moving to Utah ), and we had spoken to another place about getting a truck. Well since we needed a one way truck that store could not completely guarantee that the one way truck was going to be there for us to pick up. So we decided to try another store and thank goodness that we did!! Tammy and I believe his name is Matt ( a gentleman with a beard ) helped us out!! They got us a one way truck the day before we needed it and made the process so simple! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends in Maryland who are moving. Thanks so much for the awesome service!!!
Professional and courteous. They didn't try to sell me anything that I don't need. They are very easy to deal with. Had the 17' truck for 6 hours, with a 40 miles trip. Total was $130. Highly recommended.
The place is a little small. The parking area is small as well. Service was good though. I would've given 5 stars if not for the parking though.
Super friendly though a bit understaffed. I think I was just unlucky and happened to assume when a difficult customer was there. It held up the one guy who was handling everything. They called me later that day to say that since my pick up was delayed, they would be extended my return as well. I was supposed to return 8pm the same day. They allowed me to return it the next morning.
Rented a trailer and it was ready when I arrived - no issues. When I dropped it off there were no issues as well. Customer service was good.
