Kiosk sits inside the exit foyer of giant. I have had very few problems with all the discs i rent. I have had problems with rentals only twice in the last year. One time I only needed to I wipe the disc clean. The other time I called customer service to complain, They let me rent a replacement and gave me two extra free rentals.
