Avoid at all costs under new ownership! I dropped off a shirt for a simple repair of a small hole on the sleeve. When I returned to pick it up, the hole looked like surgery had been done to it (I posted picture on yelp review). Management was rude and adamant that the work was acceptable. I will never return to this cleaners again. So many other better options than to go here.
Just stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes and no one was there. Two girls in the back working on machines, but no amount of, "Hello," or "Excuse me," would get their attention. Pass.
Went here all the time when the guy ran the place. The new lady is nice, but the quality of work seems to have gone downhill. Will go elsewhere.
I've been taking my shirts and slacks here for a few months and haven't had any problems. Moreover, when I took a pair of slacks there that I thought needed the zipper replaced, the gentlemen who usually takes my stuff fixed the issue in about three seconds, free of charge, when he could have charged me a nice chunk of change to fix it. 5 stars for honesty and decency.
