In 2014, we had Mr. Spinks do window and storm door replacements. Excellent work, no problems.
In 2005, we had a home addition plus kitchen remodel. Job was done on time, on budget, and with great care and attention to detail. Materials used were of excellent quality. Would definitely use this contractor again.
In April 2015, we had a complete bathroom remodel from the studs and subfloor out. Work was done on time and on budget, with top quality materials and workmanship. Mr. Spinks also responds promptly to questions and concerns and leaves the job site spotless at project completion. This was our third contract with T.W. Spinks.
T. W. Spinks Home Improvement recently installed art tiles in the Waugh Chapel Elementary School gym foyer. Each ceramic tile had been fired in the kiln at the school with an original clay stencil of student art work and proper installation was critical.
Tom and his crew installed a new slider door and Permalatt lattice under our existing deck. The workmanship was excellent and he approached his work with much planning and care. He was responsive, professional, honest and extremely pleasant to work with. We are thrilled to have "discovered" T.W. Spinks Home Improvements! The tile installation was superb and each piece was mounted professionally and carefully on the wall. The care and precision of their tile installation from inception to completion was flawless. Framed artwork was also installed into the block walls effortlessly. The work was scheduled with great communication and the work was completed early. We had T.W. Spinks remodel our basement, which was in dire need of repair. They exceeded our expectations, completing the job sooner than expected and created a great new rec room and laundry room. The finished areas look much better than we expected, with a lot of attention to details. Along the way, they found some things that should be fixed that weren't in the contract, such as the 52 year old staircase that had shifted over the years, but they went ahead and fixed (making them level and much stronger) at no additional cost. They perform first-class work at very reasonable prices, and are also a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the beautiful new areas!
We redid the front of our house with stone, new lights, and replaced the front door. We had the best experience with Tom. He knew exactly what my wife wanted and the work was professional and prompt. Honestly it was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor hands down.
