Really helpful employees! They made the process a smooth one and they really care if you're running late to the airport and your Uber is not showing up on time.
My husband and I rented a 2017 White Hyundai and it cut off completely 4 times within a 24 hour period. This is unacceptable and I told the manager Kelsie, who has a nonchalant demeanor, about the lemon she rented to me and was told I would not be able to rent again (like I seriously care). Thank you Kelsie for nothing and your offfice will be closed within the year because you are applying deceitful tactics to consumer business.
As for price it is cheaper than other car rental places when you book last minute. As for service not so great. I rented online a fullsize SUV, they stated Dodge Durango or similar that seats 7 and can carry 5 bags. I got a Dodge Journey which does seat 7. I was told as far as my bags. I can put stuff on roof on the size panels to make my stuff fit because 5 bags will not fit in SUV. Since I was limited on time and they said this was equivalent to a full size and my only other option was to go with it, since all the other rental places had no full size SUVs. I had to leave half of my stuff behind and thank God I did not put anything on roof because Hurricane Cindy would have soaked my luggage if I would have done what the lady told me to do to make my stuff fit. The person I spoke to on phone had an attitude and she stated when I returned car she exhausted all the options she had. I guess I could have took my clothes out of suitcase amd put throughout the car since this was her part of her option with putting on roof.. if 7 people were traveling, it is expected there would be at least 5 suitcases.. as a government employee, I will make sure that all government employees know not to use this rental company. My advice is that book early so the reputable companies have what you need so you dont get stuck using a agency of this caliber. Not sure about high ratings.. as far as going out of their way.. did not happen. I was basically told to accept what they gave me or leave it. As a professional businesswoman I would not rate this facility high. I will definitiely do my darnest to get it listed on places not to rent for government employees for business or leisure travel.
I had to rent a car last minute in a bind..I ran across this place on Google. And I'm glad I did! The ladies Kelsie and Tabitha are amazing! They are so nice and accomodating. I have rented from them just about every weekend since then. Awesome service!
What a great establishment!!!!! I needed a car in a last minute pinch before thanksgiving and Kelsey, the store manager, went above and beyond for me! Very professional, very very helpful, and very kind. She made sure I was happy before I left and the quality of the vehicle was outstanding! This establishment is very professional with a great staff. Highly recommend to anyone who needs great rates for a rental vehicle with a great atmosphere !
